Lynn Simonsen, President, HomeSuites America, Inc.
Lynn Simonsen is a fourth-generation California contractor and developer with more than 40 years of experience in creating innovative communities. Born in Glendale, California, Lynn achieved a Bachelor of Arts from Biola College in 1970 while working with his grandfather’s firm — Myers Bros. Construction in Los Angeles — one of the largest builders in the state founded in 1900. Lynn and his father later formed their own company, Simonsen/LeMons Development in the 1970s — creating single and multi-family residential communities and mixed-use projects throughout California. In 1984, Lynn formed his own development group; and in 1989, a consulting firm, Simonsen & Associates, Inc. He and his family moved to Santa Maria, California in 1993 and founded HomeSuites America in 1998 — his latest vision in housing innovation.

She is a graduate of Allan Hancock College in Santa Maria with a degree in Business Office Technology. Jackie joined HomeSuites in 2005. |

Her degree in Hospitality Business & Marketing from Michigan State University provides a valued perspective in addressing the needs of the age 55+ demographic. A Santa Barbara County, California resident and author since 1985, Laura enjoys unlocking the mysteries of communication for innovative entrepreneurs. |
