The building is designed to look like a single-family home from the exterior, yet the interior offers four private two-bedroom suites. This innovative design concept speaks directly to the age 55+ demographics’ need for privacy and independence, yet not be isolated from the community.

How much land is required to build a HomeSuites?
One HomeSuites building requires approximately ½ acre. HomeSuites are ideal for in-fill projects as well as entire planned developments. Our flagship project with eight buildings is located on five acres.

Are all HomeSuites one-floor?
Yes, every HomeSuites building is single-story. Studies and our experience show that the age 55+ market demand the ease, comfort and convenience of everything on one floor. The design is not institutional and feels very much like a single-story, single-family home.

Are HomeSuites versatile properties or only for rentals?
Yes, HomeSuites can easily be sold as individual condominium units or could be converted into assisted living units. The design is very versatile with the four private suites and the common areas located in each building.

Are there existing HomeSuites we can visit?
Yes, the flagship property is located in Orcutt, California (near Santa Maria on the Central Coast).
